The technical documentation for obtaining the Building Permit is the sum of all the studies necessary for construction. The urban planning certificate requires a series of approvals and projects, as well as the payment of the related fees. Once all permits and approvals are obtained, and all the specialty projects (architecture, structure, equipment) are completed, the complete documentation can be submitted to the competent authority (City Hall, County Council, etc.) in order to receive the Building Permit.
