Ministry of Culture approval

If a building or a land is located in protected historical areas, for example, near a monument, the urbanism certificate will include the approval issued by the Ministry of Culture, through its competent institutions.
For this approval, the architect draws up a specific documentation through which it analyzes and presents the manner in which the building is integrated into the existing context. Photographic simulations are presented to illustrate the current situation and the proposed situation, and the facade of the building that includes the space is subject to complete surveying. In case of new buildings, the street unfolded view is presented, which includes the facades of the adjacent buildings.
