Specialized technical projects and lists of quantities are required for the execution phase, at least for the architecture, the structure and the equipment specialties, upon which the execution of the project is based. For complex projects, additional technical projects may be required, for example those for systematization (roads), landscaping, or infrastructure (water-sewerage & irrigation).
