The technical projects and execution details consist of all the detailed elements required for construction. They include both a written and a drawn section. When the building documentation also includes a project summary presentation, this phase includes the development of the construction site elements: lay-out plans, plate stratification, walls, roof, reinforcement plans, detailed equipment plans, stereotomy (the position of the furnishings and the usage of different types of materials), woodwork board, quantity lists for quotations, etc.
Law 50/1991 on the authorization of construction works, with its subsequent additions and completions, regulates the framework of the project.
